Fadillah orders halt to work at SUKE highway.
SUKE is wholly owned by PROLINTAS.
PROLINTAS is wholly owned by Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB).
Hope the stop work won't affect the overall project schedule&/future revenue.

sifu, as we are approaching 2023, what is your 'feel' about this asw, will they perform better than epf in 2023? in dilemma whether to sell all my asw and dump into my epf or keep them.

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Dec 27 2022, 08:50 PM)
No refunds because no unit no going into FPX section

Got unit only proceed to next level / page like FPX...
So the $$$ don't go out like if using banking platforms...

Updated real time few seconds after successful transactions...

thanks sifu. may be can wait until april next year to compare asw vs epf dividends for y2022.

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Dec 28 2022, 10:32 AM)
Cannot really say much...
But looking even at their flagship products ASB1 performance can see... It's would be not so good rate...

Better than EPF?
Probably nope for now....

ya, that's my concern. if the gap is not much i'll keep it in asm.

QUOTE(MattSally @ Dec 28 2022, 12:55 PM)
I think ASMx will be a better long term investment but the next year or so may be painful. The danger of selling ASMx funds now is that you may not be able to buy them back when/if rates improve. That is the gamble.

true, i'm not complaining, just teasing. every 0.1% of dividends count due to increase in cost of living.
QUOTE(virtualgay @ Jun 19 2023, 11:05 AM)
me too... suddenly become a cost of living discussion!!
anyway it i very real that everything has a price on it and dominos effect is there
so everything is related to everything lo

incoming high dividends from IPOs?

Highway concessionaire Prolintas has secured Tawarruq Asset Financing facilities totalling RM2.7 billion from Bank Pembangunan. The cash will be used for a comprehensive restructuring exercise involving four of the group’s concessions, namely the Ampang – Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), Guthrie Corridor Expressway, Lebuhraya Kemuning – Shah Alam (LKSA) and the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK)....

i'm happy if can get 5%, hope to get >5%. i've decided to keep my asm units instead of moving to epf since last year dividends is not that high.

QUOTE(MattSally @ Mar 13 2024, 01:00 PM)
That is a very specific guess but I don’t think you will be too far out. I am going for somewhere in the 4.75% to 5.0% range.
