Just provide ur ASNB account number to the lawyer (amount information is not required) and decide who will be the beneficiary.

Will this be legally binding?

There are some conditions for the 60k to be paid interest if I’m not mistaken.  The reason is discourage withdrawal but keep Epf as long term investment

What do you mean by the "60K to be paid interest"?

My guess is around 3.5%~3.75%.

I'd wager it's 4.5% - 4.75%.

There are quite a few factors at play this time - each one pulling in a different direction to the next - so prediction is more of a guess. But I am hopeful of better than last year and I think it could even be close to 5% before any bonus.

Kind of agree with you. Too low a dividend would spell disaster for those on ASB/ASB2 loan and in turn would put the whole fund in jeopardy.

Sapura in dire financial straits. Cash flow in 1H FY 2022 almost equals to 0. Bankruptcy in the worst case.

Sapura shares (equities) account for 0.37% of ASM2's NAV in AR 2021 (September 2021), 0.53% of ASM1's NAV in AR 2021 (April 2021). Still waiting for ASM3 detailed investment list from ASNB.

Thanks for the info. Do keep us updated on the ASM3.

For those who can understand Mandarin, a little comment on the part where they mention the PNB 118 tower is fully funded by "internal resources".

I think that is not true as PNB's latest annual report (2021) for ASM 2 *shows that PNB Merdeka Ventures bonds (which is the "internal resources") account for 1.77% of total fund NAV.

*(You need to email them for the full list of holdings, they just show top 20 in their published AR)
*
Hi, could you please share the template that i could use to email them? Thank you in advance.

Look at last year equity and bond funds returns, just scroll all funds in FSM, you will notice mostly all funds in RED. Hence to me 4% for ASM is really good. Waiting for mass withdrawal so that I can pump in more.

What is FSM.

Unfortunately, all in Malay šŸ˜… Do you need to register the beneficiary with them? I understand that they take a yearly fee to administrate and a % at disbursement. Isn't a will enough?

What a daylight robbery.
