1st Sep 2022 go to ASNB branch to do transfer unit to my family member.  The officer give a small piece of paper (NO withdrawal form) to write down how many unit to be transfer out from my asw2 account.  Once done, no more document/paper/proved for such transferring.  They allow me to snap a picture of their own internal document.

Today only i managed to withdraw from maybank even that at 1st they claimed i have 2 accounts even though 1 already closed, they say cannot withdraw I still need to go to Pnb.  I've to go to BSN to withdraw but only 20k sumore in cash.
I then showed my receipt to the staff and he claimed he could try but unfortunately he need to go lunch, other staff won't know how to do and i need to come back tomorrow!
I ended up having to go to another Maybank to withdraw.
