any idea why cannot withdraw all unit from UT? tried on web but cannot. even got 100+

Hi anybody know if a unit holder pass away and need claim back the money via will and court order, asnb will take a percentage of the money before giving you?
I read on the website only got charges if you opt for estate service but mil keep saying ASNB will take 10% of the total amount first before releasing the money to next of kin. |
