Lowest of the month. For example 1st january 2022 you have 5k, then 5th january 2022 you buy extra 5k so total 10k. Then 20th january 2022 you sell 3k so total 7k. So for january 2022, the lowest value is 5k. It is counted "monthly" at the lowest value for that month. So the best time to buy/sell is 1st of each month as what lucifah said, there is a grace period for the 1st of each month. If you sell 1st of the months, previous month not affected by the drop. If you buy 1st of the month, the amount is considered into that month if you no sell.

I eat everyday for past few decades so not really. Save money more important. Food just fill stomach and get nutrients so i don't die only. Hopefully soon i can start to eat better stuff bah..
