Hi guys, newbies here. I have pay the deposit of 1k initially to purchase a property. After signing the SPA, does the deposit of 1k will not be return ? The SA told me it will transfer the deposit to the water, tnb bill. is it true ? Deposit for water and tnb need 1k ?

u can check with the lawyer when u sign SNP also, my deposit transfer to downpayment
