fake rating trick on shopee

it seems shopee allowed the seller to change any thing in the item, so some sellers will use good rating item to sell totally another product and users fall for the high rating unless one go through the comment to discover they are for another item

Yeah i noticed that too. Shopee should have a control on this. Maybe limit the number of changes to a certain posting by seller.

also fake ratings for fake items.
Tip: Noticed the price is too good to be true. Checked the reviews and see a pattern of review repeating and uploaded pictures are sometime including not-related pictures like flowers, amoi picture, etc. Checked other product of same seller and noticed same person reviewed there with the same pattern. |

The site is not well designed.
I tried chatting with seller and the seller did not know what item I was asking about. |

my process flow
search > sort by top sales > find by highest rate > check price > read reviews > if yes, add to cart. if no, wishlist > wait for price changes > buy |
