Desa Parkcity is one of my favourite too, but too bad the house pricing there shoot up over the years. i remember the first few phases of houses there are affordable.

love the environment there and the dog park

yes , one of the best place to stay . nice clean areas.

road connections great to klang shah alam , puchong , klia , PJ etc..
have LRT

have many good malls within 20 mins . Sunway , Mydin , Giant , Aeon

living cost just same as in KL .

If you work in either PJ or Shah Alam then its convenient . In the middle.
Busy township yes.

preferably choose an area nearest to a LRT station (but not next to it lah). that will come in handy when you don't wanna drive.

Expensive? If you compare it with Klang, then yes, more expensive.
Compare with PJ and KL about the same (depends on which part of KL).

I'm a budak Subang. Born and live here until today.

You can use this website here . The statistic is based on submissions.

I used to live in all three SS17, SS19, and SS15. SS15 was the most fun I've had because of everything I need is within walking distance. I didnt even drove tbh except on weekends. Used LRT often. 17 and 19 more like old skool family residence, peaceful.

Avoid USJ like the plague, ghetto wei dengan traffic cam p*ntat

plus the stupid traffic decision by mpsj and YB (masuk kerusi subang terus bagi green light this change then when people marah she say its an old plan from hannah yeoh time..tf). They made not allowing u turn in front of Damen but also not enforcing it so people in car but mostly motor still u turn/corner there causing slowdown. I myself almost accident coming from Taipan back towards Subang back because one alza bugger curi corner from Damen to USJ 2. be careful there

Oh also avoid the roundabout during school hour end, Sri KL parents another p*ntat block road park sampai two lane, so only one lane (out of 3 lanes) can enter from a 2 lane roundabout, bottleneck gila

if use federal highway to work and fro, subscribe to spotify/apple music so u can karaoke in car, jam like hell morning and evening

but all that said I survived in subang with a measly 1k monthly at the time, sewa bilik jer, when in SS15 i rented studio which was in line w my updated salary at the time... live within ur means la

if u DO decide to live in subang, dont be one of those scumbangs double park in SS15 for boba or wtv pls la theres a big parking lot complex in the middle there subang built for us, just 5 min walk to everywhere in ss15, dont be lazy

What happened to USJ? Property prices dropping if not stagnant. A lot of listing. Ppl moving out of USJ?

Is it going to continue dropping? Seems like houses are getting too old >30 years and price not sustainable anymore. Ppl moving out for newer houses maybe.

But still a good place to live in.
