More of an allergy - allergic rhinitis. Post nasal drip
is quite common.

A check shows Omnaris is ciclesonide, second
to third generation steroid, very low systemic absorption.

The ENT gave you a good spray.

You have to use it for at least a week or two to see noticeable
effect. Continue for a month, then stop for a month, then recycle.

Did the ENT give you an antihistamine, like Mr Docter advised ?

Otherwise, go to any pharmacy and buy a good, non-
sedating one, like Telfast. The pharmacist should be
able to advise you.

You could also try an enzyme to dissolve the mucus,
like serrapeptase (Danzen), or lysozyme (Neuzyme).
There are many generics. Again, the pharmacist can
advise you.

You may also try another ENT. A good one is
Dr Tan Lye Suan, at Pantai KL.
