All the soft drink base sugar already changed. It does not have good quality sugar that was easily available in the 80-90s. These days you can taste that damn fake sugar after taste in almost every soft drink.

The only 2 i would go to is Kickapoo or A&W Root Beer. Even Kickapoo sugar seem to have changed to the cheap ass chemical tasting one.

Nowdays i only search for limited edition soft drinks.
