Go for b full license and save your money. I got my B full license when I was just 17 and I was a very skinny guy. My practice bike was yamaha virago 535 which was quite big and heavy for my size but i still managed to pass the test in one go. Go on youtube and learn how to balance and pick up big bike when it falls on the ground.
