Been waiting for that. I believe it's quite true, just not sure when. The iMac is due for a replacement after all

wouldn't it be released in october along with leopard? this universal rollout makes sense.. although they may release them one month early with leopard as a marketing ploy :P

come on guys... Apple USA pricing has not changed at all... its been US$1299 for over 5 years now.

the only thing that changed is Apple Malaysia pricing. Currently, you need to pay RM4799 for a decently-specced iMac. I'd say, possibly you pay RM4599 or thereabouts... but we are speculating about a possible new model. for all we know, nothing will change

that pretty old rumors news btw. They use Mac Pro side-casing as imac..

Do you think the new imac will be sold in the pc fair this August cause I'm planning to buy!

Hopefully that comes out. But remember it's only a concept design (based on one of Apple's recently filed patents)
