I think not much different. They already charged your money whether you are using online banking or CC. It takes time for them to refund back the amount. You used CC does not mean they will credit back the amount to you immediately.

Last time lazada even worst, needed to wait almost a month for them to revert back the money.

This kind of unfair terms can be challenged in the court. The contract has been formed once shoppe received the payment. Cannot simply say wrong pricing. Unless the payment is not yet made then possible to cancel the order from their sides.

Because shoppe knows nobody has the time to report or suing them in the court/tribunal. So they come out with this unfair terms since most people are ignorance of the law.

Try email or call shoppe. If call make sure got sound recording as proof. If they refuse to give you the phone, just sue them in the tribunal court. At least their names got tarnished already.
Dont be lazy. Your works will benefit for the future potential customers so they dont simply dishonor the contract in future.

If the money was deducted, then the deal was confirmed, they have to honour the deal, even if it is a mistake or typo.
It is a sale, u know..they can put any low price to the item they sell, and they have to make sure the price they input is correct..not the buyers..

Yes. They cannot put any unfair terms into the contract. Example you went to tesco. You purchased a Samsung TV. You have paid and got the receipt for Samsung TV. They will deliver the TV to your house free of charge. But after 1 hour, tesco staff sms you below

"So sorry dear, there are some errors on the price tag on certain electrical items due to our system was facing glitches previously and the price tags were newly put this morning.
