sorry kinda new here.... just receive my package last week hp520 the 170++ package...

when i use laptop to connect toi internet its gud... but when i use the ipaq tyo direct connect to internet using gprs or edge... seam cant be conected....? is there any configuration for this...

but if i use it as modem.. i can connect to internet...

anybody care to show me how?

i have empty the user name and passward ann when i try again its still give ne this msg Your internet connection in not configured properly. P_lease verify your setting in copnnection...

how to verify?


and one more thing need to ask.. with the170 pakage.. what exacly do we get?
i mean in term of service... ie free access fee... and do we get voip?
and for free wife.. i have register it... others.. kinda new with this post paid thing.. use more prepaid...

and im still happy with my connetion.. cant espect to much as its provide mobility... even in toilet i still can play my online rpg games.. lol

thats the reason i bought this package... go go digi... and after 2 years if digi still dont upgrade than ill convert to hsdpa... that time ill go for speed.... but now

who are u think gonna give me hp lap tob, a phone somemore and a free data service with the price of rm170... only digi will provide the best to middle class man like me..lol and get a free 50 call for 6 month somemore...

i dont care much on calling bill as my previous prepaid bill is just rm10 for 3 month..lol

as for my experience on from registering this package till i got the laptob, and phone...

1- register at klcc from their roadtour
2. get the sim card on the spot with no number , just the sim card only
3. got a confirmation from hp.. after 2 week
4. digi person called me on the number i should get..
5. than prob;em happen... hp got no stock...
6. ding dong from both parties... actually i dont care much from getting the item late but digi had activate my line without confirming with hp when should i get the phone and laptob...
7.. call both parties and tiaw them kaw-kaw and lastly digi called me on giving me rebate for activating my line early... thanks god...
8. hp said the stock are comming on 29 and they will delivered the items 3 days after... call hp back and tiaw them again.. pity hp staff there 2 person got the fxxx word from me...
9. than on 29 morning hp called me te;llling that i will receivr my item in the evening and they delivered it... NICE GUD JOB HP
10. IM A HAPPY MAN AFTER THAT... just that i still cant access internet using just hp phone.. damm.. maybe should go to digi center asking them to configure and test it for me....

I am not a digi seller just a small time user only....

this is my 1st time using internet line in my house.. and i haven try with maxis and celcom yet.. maybe next 2 years when my contract finish with digi i should try it... and will leave feedback to you lol

and maybe that time we can afford for setalite connection... ..lol

Ok guys one more thing to ask.... for anyone that already receive their notebook... did it come with oem VISTA i mean is it pre installed or the installed it and give u the cd... cause mine only preinstalled.....

so what do i do to format those notebook if gor trouble...

alaaa. guys.. its usually like that .. just stick to it for two years arr... lol

so abt the cd.. means that i need to burn the recovery and keep with me.. incase the harddisk koyak...??
