Hi to all, anyone know about sign up digi data plan for 24 months then can get a free HP notebook and ipaq?
I heard my friend said going to launch very soon.. this promotion almost same like free Samsung promotion..

<--- Working in HP. Actually, HP service is not sux. Sometimes, it's bank problem (if pay with CC) where they just simply reject(no reason stated) and another thing is the courier for your free gift is not HP fault.

If I not wrong, TiongNam is the courier that will send the things.

Kl branch launch this promotion only..other state not yet start..   normally hp will take 14 days to deliver the hp 520 to your place..
Everything will be KL branch launch first,after that other state just will launch...cause KL is the center..

If you want to register under HP Promotion..this promotion is not allow to choose any number..Digi will select phone  number for you..So for this plan have to use new number,Cant change from your current number to this new plan

edge and gprs are auto detected, which one is available will be used

i do noticed that edge speed seems to be slower now than a year ago, last time speed is around 180kbps, now some speedtest gives me 130kbps onli.....

where is t other 50 kbps?

this promotion is worth for money if the person is always travel with notebook and also without "Streamyx". but this is real scenario.....

I sign up this package @ lowyat last month and the sales person (wearing DIGI T-shirt) told me within 2 weeks i will get my stuff but the true is i only get the stuff today after complain to DIGI & HP for so many time...

HP say is because of Digi late submission that's why they were late but apparently my friend (HP Call Centre friend) told me is because the HP Smart phone is out of stock. HP need to courier from Singapore to Malaysia and this also take 2 weeks. 
What a big organization can have this kind of service and KPI? This is not the worse, the worse thing is you don't know who to complaint or who to seek for help when it comes to problem. I write in to HP, no response, i call Digi, Digi say call HP. Then fed up, i call the sales person but he say out of his control, he ask to call HP.   ..

then my Credit card limit block for something i dun have in hand....luckily i manage to get the stuff today, but DIgi GPRS unable to set up due to Digi dun have the configuration for that smart phone...What a Smart Promotion?

My colleague also the same but she even worse until now also havent get the PC.....

DIGI & HP need to plan well their Marketing Plan. Dun bullshit and say i dunno.

BTW, That 512MB is not enuf to run the notebook, recommend to upgrade, sure HP will call u to upsell the upgrade....

dun think the neteagle and tcpoptimizer is working on me.

neteagle.... i select dial up modem and win xp

tcp optimizer according to ur setting but it din detect my n80 just the realtek network card and my windows mobile device.....strange.

Call in 0162211800 or walk in Digi Center and complain/ inform to them, ask them upgrade the area..

that i m not sure, maybe u can call them at 016 2211800, if calling form tm fixed line or non digi number normal charges might apply.

I am using my phone to do posting too It is easy just go and install opera mini 3.1. dun use version 4 beta first as it has many cookie and form problem but for surfing is great .
