In this country, when you buy something or sign up for something, dun expect the service to come to you as promised. It will always late. so, for me i just sign up on Sunday, i am not in a hurry to get my hp ( i sign up for hp plan not laptop ) and i will only call them may be 3 weeks later. If you deal with government agencies in this country, you will know what i mean. Some time to find a file would take you half a year! That is the spirit of Malaysia! Boleh !

Userid = guest
password = guest

my is only the ipaq 512 package. i only received yesterday delivered from singapore. i was called by HP on 18 June 2007, thought also 14 working days, should be early July like urs case. ok, after that, i called up the HP sales person again second week of July, same reason warehouse stocks & i was in priority list. Correct, they should have forecasted quantity of stocks in warehouse before taking order from customers!
