If your fskin can fully open when your are fully erect, noneed to cut it...

For hygience, you just need be disciplined to pull back and clean 2 x a day ... no problem..

maybe cut if:
Eg your fskin is too tight, and cannot expose your head fully...or cannot be fully pulled back... Even then see a doctor who is NOT PRO circumcision. Get 2nd opinion. Once it gone its gone.
