i got mine done at pusrawi hospital at jalan tun razak using the laser method.  cost was around rm700.
recommended.  you can look at what time of cut you want, although i opted for a "not too tight" cut as then you can have some skin left for comfort.

the procedure is like this. they give me sedation. which is fully pengsan because i asked for it. BUT the effect is only around 30minutes. he said cant give too long because sked the patient cannot wake up from the strong sedation. so when i woke up on the 31st minutes... omfg.... i really can feel all the f**king pain!!! realli no joke... i just cant feel when he potong but can feel all the jahitan and stitches all around the diameter of your penis..

ya after that u can straight away go home BUT need to go back the day after that to buka the bandage around your penis... please prepare sarung and no harm to bring extra.

regarding the laser treatment.. i really never heard about it. maybe 3 years ago this technology is still not yet available.
