Hey, there, not sure if you got the advice you need. I thought I had both phimosis and paraphimosis but it turned out I had a tethered frenulum instead (where the frenulum is too short and attached to the tip rather than the bottom of the shaft). I need a frenuloplasty instead, you may want to try that. I'm assuming nobody taught you (like me) that you are supposed to retract your foreskin while urinating or showering?I can't go through every page. So, I will just post my questions here.
