I happened to see this one, and similar one on another health forum. Interesting comment (not from me):

1.Do not opt for the new technique called TaraKLamp , as this procedure do not involved stiching , the wound will take relatively long to heal and prone to trauma in future.
For my case , it took me nearly half a year to heal completely . Even after that , the wound is easly torn with "action" !
2.Go for plastic surgeon instead of normal GP , as they might not be skillful and problem tends to arise like too tight the cut .Discuss with the doctor on the tightness that you prefer as you can't possibly "restore" it . ]"

My addition: I heard from friend, USA docs can do "supracision" just cut a little bit to loosen foreskin. If you want this, and doc balks, just look for another -- whose di@o is is anyway?!?!
