It is abnormal for uncircumcision to have big veins surrounding your foreskin?

My P kinda choking when I stretch my foreskin to reveal the P's head.

And when became very hard, my P start to feel pain coz the foreskin choking my P. =.=''


I'm seeking for laser surgery... Any recommendation in KL area? Price?
