Pharmacies will have topical steriods

Most people stretch during showers - try doing it for 3 / 4 times during every bath for 1 2 months, you will see results.

It's easy to get betamethasone over the counter. I think it's called Betnovate if I recall correctly. Around 8 bucks a tube. Hydrocortisone is also around the same price but not as potent as betamethasone. My GF use these to treat her cracked skin (allergic to detergents).

There is also corticosteroid + antibiotic/antiseptic combos, those are more expensive and probably not necessary for phimosis treatment (whereby you just want the skin atrophy and anti-inflammation effects of corticosteroids). For example, Betnovate-N and Fucicort. The last time I bought Fucicort for my infected insect bite rash, it costs around 15 or 16 bucks per tube.

Wow, 500 bucks.. quite expensive.. what's special about it, bro? Did they use electro-cauterization to seal up the cuts instantly? My pals told me that some good hospitals or specialist clinics use this procedure, and the circumcision wound heals much faster than usual method.

Sunathrone.. hahaha what a way to adapt the word "sunat" into a medical-sounding term.

But the pictures.. they look *painful*.. a syringe going into the weiner to administer painkillers too.. damn! That looks painful!!
