but as for me, my parents ask me to put some gamat massage oil at the wound,

i dont really sure how many time i use to put it, but it shouldnt harm you if you put it more then once a day.

if the gamat massage oil, then you apply it to the wound
if the gamat drink then you can drink it (the smell and taste is not really favorable )

make sure you get the pure and original either the massage oil or the gamat drink.

dont just buy, make some research and survwy on the content first.
