I believe the doctor still need to stitch back the open wound. The doctor used the laser (i am not sure what it called and i dare not to see the operation also) to burn the open wound from bleeding, then after that stitch back. The operation done with free-hand cutting. Some said the best is free-hand cut provided if the doctor is good at his hand, the doctor did on mine i would consider it good and no infection or any complication at all. Just the on-stitch period a bit problematic especially during mid-night, some sort of like an alarm to wake me up to go toilet

My case, the doctor wrap it with bandage for the week 1, everyday went to iodine cleaning the wound for week 1 (the clinic nearby my house). Open the stitch at week 4 (which mean took me 21 days "safe" from open wound without the stitch.) Doctor advised me no sex activity for 2 months if you dont want the wound to open up.

I do not feel any pain except the midnight erection as the stitches pulling my wound. Everything is good and no infection. The infection came from the our pee as when you pee with the bandage wrapping around the wound, it is high tendency the pee will "leak" into the wound and cause infection. So every time i pee, i used a piece of tissue to hold the lower part of my "brother" to prevent the pee from going into the wound. So after all, perfect healing without infection.

I think you still dont get it correctly. The hygiene is because of the circumsize mechanism. It is not about you wash it everyday or every hour, once you still have the skin attach, you "head" gonna be wet, and moist, and increase greatly the chances of not clean. If no skin, your head sure gonna be dry, so it is gonna be clean too.

i would say that's not possible. let justify what scar we are talking about here, the scar like those leg wound, a big lump of skin come out? Or the color not matching?
My case, i dont have the lump of skin, the cutting wound is nicely grow into one piece. But i still would say mine have scar, because i still can see 2 tones colour, colour not matching, one darker, one pinker.

I decided to do it for myself, after i told my parents about this, they kindly shocked for my decision. But anyhow, they still supported me financially. Just that my dad does not really like to talk or hear about it. Where after my did the operation, my mum go around tell the aunties or uncles about it, and my aunties and cousin sister started to ask me about it, as they also want their husband to do it. For me, it kinds of weird as i was 24 that time, and i expected to talk about this with my dad, but it happened the other way round. Maybe he have no interest to know about it, as in the whole family and relative, only my cousin (same age as me who recommend me to do it), and i did the circumcision, the rest of the male dont even bother about it.
