How long will it take to offer Unifi service? I have signed the waiting list last 2 months, do I need to go to TM for Unifi application again?

my house unifi installation experience is a joke... 3 installers contacted me for installation but none of them show up on time. After another hour of waiting, another SMS popup for installation appointment.

TM WTF!?

I need some opinions on this issue:
I just got a bill shock from TM.. I subscribed 129RM package (100mbps with no STB). But, I m being notiftied to pay 163.20RM.

I checked the bill & found out additional 30RM charges based on Unifi TV lite service which I never use.

May I ask: is it possible to cancel this shitty TV services which I never use?

I have recorded customers service chat log.. that service personnel promised me that my next month's bill amount will be exact 129RM exclude SST.

Just wait for next month's bill,
If TM still charging additional 30rm for aneka/ruby/varnam pack. I shall file complaints to MCMC.
