Can some sifu answer my question? My house's back yard has done the cabling works yesterday.

my house unifi installation experience is a joke... 3 installers contacted me for installation but none of them show up on time. After another hour of waiting, another SMS popup for installation appointment.
TM WTF!? |

I need some opinions on this issue:
I just got a bill shock from TM.. I subscribed 129RM package (100mbps with no STB). But, I m being notiftied to pay 163.20RM. I checked the bill & found out additional 30RM charges based on Unifi TV lite service which I never use. May I ask: is it possible to cancel this shitty TV services which I never use? |
