If this is real that new 30Mbps for RM39 and 100Mbps for RM79, While still charging locked contracts existing subs for RM89 and RM129, then it's was UNFAIR treats!! Why still tied us 24-months contracts and overpaid Premium Unifi Bills? So fed up and wanna terminate after re-contract end in mid-Sep. This post has been edited by wilson1stop: Jun 3 2020, 07:38 AM

QUOTE(xCryptik @ Jun 3 2020, 10:01 AM) You must be a subscriber to other broadband to join this campaign. BUT this tell us that they're able to charge ONLY RM39 for 30Mbps. Breakdown of bill is RM49 of 30Mbps plus RM30 Aneka pack TV but no box given, still charges us monthly for 2 years... Re-contract when change plans, is completely UNFAIR policy!!! I'll terminate in mid-Sep and go for 4G unlimited is better. 1x Hotlink + 1x GX30 + 1x Yes Konfem is also same price and portable. 😋😋

QUOTE(lyc1982 @ Jun 4 2020, 01:07 PM) good luck... the only way to force tm to standardize the plans is all unifi users terminate their contracts now which unlikely will happen LOL, why bother Unifi since many Unlimited Mobile plans now...

QUOTE(Daniel Hyuuga @ Jun 4 2020, 02:03 PM) Unless you haven't read the promo correctly, the keyword is come back. Means you got to be currently subscribing to other provider (Maxis) to entitle the promo. So it's fair to existing subs, is it?

QUOTE(Daniel Hyuuga @ Jun 4 2020, 05:25 PM) It is fair because these promo usually has a catch. So if you felt unfair as an existing sub due to this promo, why don't try port out to Maxis and come back again Not interested at all with Unifi... Bye after mid-Sep
