1. Does brand matter for Ethernet cable?
2. Is the flat version worse or just the same as thE normal rounded one?

You should never let your door grind any cable! Either drill small hole somewhere (through ceiling is easiest) or shave off a bit of the door to make a virtual hole.

Maybe it's rented house, so no drilling allowed?

It should be easier to do with flat cables, like below. Just need to properly secure the cable on floor/wall. If nails/case not an option, you can use tape / hot glue gun to stick the cable.

Unifi slow at Shah Alam

Anyone experiencing disconnection and really slow internet speed? It took me 2 hours to upload a 2min video on Youtube yesterday around 12-2 am, about 300mb video. Not sure if anyone is experiencing the same slowness of internet as me ?

I think that such a high amount could be called abuse

I could never get 800 Mbps on CAT6 Ethernet. At most 500 Mbps with either the Tplink AC1200 or the Asus AC68

On my Samsung Note phone wifi, no more than 40 Mbps.

Hi all.  Need some advice please.
I am currently on Unifi 500mbps. My Local Area Connection status shows Speed at 1 Gbps. Am I right to say I have the cable to support the 500mbps?
If  yes, I am only getting 350-380mbps in TM Speedtest.
Did I miss any setting?

anybody register unifi Bonanza 30Mbps RM139 after 2 years contract RM199 during 2017 year end, then turbo upgraded 300Mbps, and didn't subscribe to Year End Promo 2019 PAY NOTHING free 3 months 2 years contract, that would change the RM139 to Perpetual, did their package price RM139 become RM199 after 2 years contract expired around 2019/2020?

Seems like lately alot of the people that missed the boat of extending the contract discount pricing because of unclear information by TM I guess?

Hi. I'm unifi home user which is previously my package 300mb turbo rm147.00.. now they said discount rm70 already ended. so the price back to rm200++.. does anybody the same as me here??

My request to transfer to digi also have been rejected by tm 3 times. wasting my time & effort 

Turbo upgrade email in 2018 doesn't mention for me either. It shouldn't have changed the terms of your discount. Mine was perpetual before Turbo and remained perpetual after the Turbo upgrade. Do you remember what you had prior to the upgrade?
