yes this is good as the surge protection rating is High .
you can get it cheaper on Lazada.

when you buy a surge protector the most important criteria is a High rating on the surge protection .

I will not recommend this huntley . as i cannot find their surge protection ratings on the web .

you are on cable DSL with max/total bandwidth about 30 mbps.

you can buy the fiber cable at Lazada .and DIY . no need for fiber tool.
PROVIDED you have a fiber junction box at the outside house wall .

normally the outdoor fiber cable ( black color ) and the indoor fiber cable ( white ) connects here. at the junction box.

you may also have another junction box near the unifi BTU . depends on the installer . my house have it.

ok. so your best option is to call unifi service .
do tell them its fiber cable break. else they send the wrong tech who cant fix cable break.

in Oct 2019 i went to TMpoint to apply for the YEP( speed still at 100Mbps) and at the same time i downgrade from ultimate to Ruby tv pack. as i seldom use hypptv .and can save some $.
the girl said i can keep the my white tvbox as can still use to view unifitv.
all went well i can watch unifitv on the white tvbox.

they may have change the rules with their 2020 unify plans . maybe call to check !

how about the picture quality of the white stb VS the new unifi plus black box when viewing unifi tv channels .


i am on the white stb , somehow they update my box to the new new interface .
and picture quality seems better than on the old interface .
maybe my smart 4Ktv enhance the pix quality ?
