I have the same package. I called & chatted with them. Both gave same crappy excuse. If we want the Unifi Plus Box we need to either pay RM10/monthly or downgrade to 300Mbps plan and get it for free.Is it possible to get the new 4K Unifi TV Box for free? or else, whats the step to get the box while maintaining my current plan?
