I have the exact issue. My pc can support gigabit lan, but it can only go 10mbps. The technician said I need to change the internet card, which is totally not the problem.If i directly connect my lan cable to unifi port, it shows 1000/1000 mbps, which proved my lan is working ok, the issue is with the D link Covr 1100 router. I tried to connect with other router, which the setting showed 100/100 mbps, but I can't connect to unifi despite I copy the username and password to the other router.
Please give a solution how to fix this? I updated the firmware to 1.04, but problem still there
