Haven't followed this thread for so long after I terminated Unifi 2 years ago but got 1 question now: My sister just terminated her Unifi account & moved to another ISP. 1 month notice has been served, online account also has been terminated but receive no call/sms/email notification to return the modem.

Can just walk in to any TM Point outlet to return the modem?

Last time when I terminated mine, the 1 month notice wasn't introduced yet. I just walked straight in, fill up the forms & return the modem.

hi, I was shocked being charged rm500 for BTU Replacement Charge (#) and RM50 for On Site Support Charge.

Never being informed that I need to pay. I thought BTU is lifetime warranty?

24.3 In the event of any loss or damage to TM’s Equipment, the Customer will reimburse the cost of the said equipment as
agreed liquidated damages as follows:
(i) Set-Top-Box (STB) RM300.00
(ii) Broadband Termination Unit (BTU) RM500.00
(iii) Residential Gateway (RG) or Premise Gateway (PG) RM188.68
(iv) Single Line Telephone RM35.00 or Cordless Phone RM74.00

Mine is down since 12am++, PJ area and already confirm with the CS.
