I was on 30Mbps on high rise running cooper paying RM139 + RM30 for hypptv
Yah it's not, still seeing the hypptv package in there and got charged

today my house unifi BTU rebooting by itself when making or receiving voice calls, logged a complaint to TM unifi and onsite despatched and BTU replacement by TM's contractor.

2 hours later received TM restoration acceptance form with RM53 onsite charges and RM 500 BTU replacement cost.

Guys, want to ask, I had changed to maxis fiber, after done, I click the “request for termination” from unifi portal, 5 biz days gone, no call yet from them. Is that expected?
My worst expectation is I have to pay full month double shot to get this over, but seriously not expecting TM to waste my money and time like this, how to expedite for cancellation?

I'm planning to switch from maxis 30mbps rm89 to unifi 100mbps. is there any way to get cheaper than RM129 per month like some people who get discount or whatever?
