Test again using Ethernet cable instead of WiFi
If on LAN you can get full speed, then the issue is with your WiFi, not with TM

I have no problems in getting 800Mb/s on Ethernet & 600Mb/s on WiFi

600Mb/s on WiFi because my router 5GHz can only support 80MHz channel bandwidth. If I upgrade my router to something that can support 160MHz channel bandwidth on 5GHz, I can definitely get full 800Mb/s on WiFi

Hi all.  Need some advice please.

I am currently on Unifi 500mbps. My Local Area Connection status shows Speed at 1 Gbps. Am I right to say I have the cable to support the 500mbps?
If  yes, I am only getting 350-380mbps in TM Speedtest.

Did I miss any setting?

the max speed for download seem to be locked at around 200+mbps, 36ms ping, tested from west malaysia, other TM speedtest server located at west malaysia has around 6ms ping, east malaysia user should test it and see the result.
speedtest-ookla1.tm.net.my is available at http://speedtest.tm.com.my/ , Speedtest android apps, windows 10 apps and windows 7 exe, but no longer available at https://www.speedtest.net/ since sometimes ago for some unknown reason.

Hopefully the jump to 800Mbps will be worth the investment.

Unlikely I might use the M9 as the router as I plan to treat it as a mesh unit to improve the signal strength in my house.

Just like the Deco M5 I had previously but I sold it off to my friend instead.

TM has been trying to call me in the past two days and today I finally got to pick up their call. I thought they are going to offer me exciting promo but rupa-rupanya wanted to offer me new UniFi TV box and I need to pay additional RM 20 for 24 months. I said no thanks.

If it is free, I may still consider.

Too bad I'm late in the party hence missed all the previous turbo and cheap 100mbps+tv plan...ahhhh 

Today, after series of complaint TM came over to change by BTU to the latest Nokia onu box.

Connections seems way better and stable now.

Any idea, when TM will roll out 1gbps plan? Heard will be end of this year...

i could only get 5mbps to 10mbps at this timing the worst maybe 1mbps. Only after midnight could get full speed.

what's going on with the speed this week? normally i get 150-200mbps up 200mbps down on wifi

not only game server high ping to SG. even the high ping at major hosting to SG who have direct peer(OVH and Leaseweb) with TM also experiencing high ping as well. especially after 5:30pm to 1am
