anyone tried escalating lack of HSBB issue to MCMC before? Are they even helpful at all?

I'm planning to do it soon, once I sell my current house and moving to my new place. I won't sell the router but will pass it to my relative who don't really care about router updates and all that. Will definitely get the Asus RT-AX88U after that. Have been eyeing that router for quite some time actually haha.

They won't change their business model, unfortunately. I have given up on the brand for now, unless they change, but I'm not holding my breath.
