I’m on 800mbps plan + ultimate pack + free calls plan with no contract at RM159. My question is can I remove the ultimate tv pack?
I tried to downgrade my ultimate to varnam pack to save rm30 but I was told that the downgrade is possible but with 12 months new contract.
I was like WTF!!! Why is my contract to be renewed for 12 months. I logged a case with their TOP management and MCMC and now awaiting for their reply.

I log a case to mcmc as I’m out of contract and in order for me to downgrade my tv pack, I’ll have to extend contract and cannot remove hypo tv pack completely. And pay one time penalty to downgrade. I provided the link of TM agreement TNC to mcmc and today they had a meeting over phone between TM and mcmc and with me over the phone and viola!!! Guess what... TM admitted the agreement link was valid and they kept apologising to me.
I told them no apology and fulfill what has been written and fulfilled as per the contract and mcmc instructed them to settle with me soonest as possible as it’s clearly contract violation and moreover since I have fulfill original contract and I’m Contract free now, TM has no rights to impose new contracts ruling on me unless I opted for additional services or change of plan..
Now waiting for TM and mcmc to revert to me how they wanna settle...
Updated: they admitted they have rights to amend the tnc from time to time and my question to them was simple. I opted for their services back then referring to old contract. I didn’t sign any other contract as per the original contract and if th eh have new contract, where it is and how come the old contract link is still active. They went quiet straight and got tiau from mcmc

Guys, is anyone else having performence degradation issue with TM Unifi?
I'm on 800 mbps package and since 14th April, my speed has reduced and i only get 200mbps to 500mbps speed for download and upload is ok.
I have reset my router, reconfigure the settings, request TM to reset the connection from their end and provide them tm speedometer results and they do agree with the bad connection. Now awaiting TM onsite support assiatance past 2 weeks. Is anyone else having similar issue or is there anything else i can do? I'm using RT-AC5300 router and never had issue before this. Issue only started sinve 14th April.

Hi Guys,
Im subscribed to 800mbps plan. Past one week, my connection gets really slow at night and this has been going on past one week. Once i restart my router daily at night, everything is back to normal. Does anyone else have similar issues like me? What could be wrong?

Today, after series of complaint TM came over to change by BTU to the latest Nokia onu box.
Connections seems way better and stable now.
Any idea, when TM will roll out 1gbps plan? Heard will be end of this year...

Me new Nokia btu which was just replaced a week ago gave way yesterday and the voip and telephone light was off and phone services was down. Logged a case with TM and the technician came today and told me that Nokia btu cannot be reconfigured and neither can be reset. If Nokia btu is faulty, they have to replace it straight away as they are not like other btu’s which can be reconfigured and reset. So finally he replaced my btu to the new one as per this picture below. Haven’t heard of this brand before. Does anyone have any experience with this new btu, mind to share your experience? P/s: Didnt know Nokia latest mode btu is so cheapskate and lousy one 😭😭
