Wondering anyone with 52200 postcode near SG Buloh having bad UniFi connection?

On and off no connectivity for 6-7 hours.

Starting this Friday everyday no connection...

Today 1700-1930pm no connection again.

Bored till counting bulu kaki dah...

Lodge report to TM. The technician call up and feedback nothing wrong, all user nearby ok je must be the fibre optic cable kapuk =.=

Xkan morning-afternoon can stream HD Korean drama for few hours and by evening everyday the cable kapuk...

Same shit with Korean game server. Day time lagging.

Connection always broken. Every hour.

Peak at 5-9pm, totally no internet connection. 10pm onward connection restored. Everyday same pattern, for the past 4 weeks.

Maybe some people resort to lepak2 outside because cannot get internet connection, no hbo :D

Power off modem, Unplug the fibre connection to modem, wait 1 minute connect back? Sometimes reset like this will connect back

a lot UniFi user experiencing the same pattern, 8am-11pm connection disconnected, 12-7am ada connection. If you call TM hotline and asked for technician visit, the technician will say semua ok jer, maybe your fiber optic cable sudah kong doh.gif

all TM staff has been brain wash, or they think customer are idiot.

paying full Unifi fee, but only getting half cooked connection, TM is really taking customer for a ride. I hope someone starts a petition against TM and asking for huge discount to compensate for bad connectivity over the past 3 months vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif
