Same problem for me, port full.. just want to relocate my previous line. They suggest to use unifi air first.. speed ok la around 80-90Mbps.. but upload max 7Mbps.. i only use upstream speed for my work..

I report MCMC for no coverage (port full issue) since early July and they replied latest 17 August, the port will be avail on Q2 2020 (September 2020). Hopefully they will. Just wait and see la. Want to terminate feel rugi ah.. 800Mbps + Full HyppTV channel (RM189). Where got this price nowadays wei..

Im with them ™ since 2004 (streamyx) 2008 (Unifi VIP10) until got this speed with free turbo-ed campaign..

Yes, it's really rugi if you terminate.. I'm feel you during my account 100mbps with 88 mthly.. And still struggling can't relocate to the place that I want..

It needed to install poles just to shorten the distance, straight to my home from the DP. Without install new poles, it would go a big round to my home which needs more than 350m fiber cable and I would be charged for the cable length. That was what the technicians told me.
The most important thing was that install 3 poles or below were free. Well, it needed to install 2 poles only, why not when it was free and it just took a little time only.
BTW, my fiber internet installation completed already. What’s the need to check with installer?

Both Asus AC86U and TP-Link AX20 is for Unifi fibre.
Since you are using VDSL as mentioned, you need to find VDSL router as replacement.

You can't terminate without paying penalty since still under contract. A better choice is to transfer ownership to someone who wants to sign up Unifi.

These days, for such case, they will ask for proof like rental agreement, S&P to prove hat you are moving there since they will need to waive the termination fees. Not sure if they will push UniFi Air instead.

Yeah, good that they don't ask but I read it here someone shared about the agreement thing. However, that time without UniFi Air yet, now hard to say, they may even push that as UniFi Air's coverage could be available though not fast.

Yeah, 800Mbps. Sometimes a bit crazy one. Mostly get 830-850Mbps for Speedtest. Using HG8240H BTU and Mikrotik hAP AC2 router.

One of few occasions where Unifi's 800Mbps is actually fully used in something other than a speedtest.
