You may try change to higher end router or higher end pc/laptop with ssd and test.

QUOTE(Gregar Forte @ Dec 26 2020, 01:50 PM) Thats really unfortunate to have neighbours like that lol. Right now 2 houses is paying RM100 for 100Mbps lol. Ill get maybe two more to get 800Mbps completely free lol. I supplied my own drop fiber cable to their houses all through my own lands lol. Since unifi port is all full and even the connection to my house is already 5 poles added in order to be reached. That's a lot for 100Mbps. I charged RM50 for 100Mbps shared bandwidth. No scare TM see your fibre line and complain you haha? This post has been edited by jacktiew: Dec 27 2020, 01:22 AM |

Already consulted with tm staff/agents such selling bandwidth action is allowed on business segments. and on the fibre cables, its all on my own poles on my own land, no TM poles even one bit. Plus TM technician already saw all of it when installing the Unifi haha |

I just sign up for 100Mbps Unifi w/o Unifi plus box which is RM 129/month
I notice during installation they didnt gave me the telephone, and if I check on the website it stated QUOTE What are the benefits? Unlimited data usage for non-stop entertainment, surfing and gaming for everyone at home. Talk non-stop with 600 minutes talk time to all mobile and fixed lines nationwide. So if I attached phone (got from my previous maxis fibre), will my phone auto connected? or need a few setting change? |

You can attach any phone to the BTU and start enjoying the calls. Those who do not have phone can either buy outside or buy from TM. I'm sharing from my own experience. TM no longer provide free phone to new customer. You can either used back any phone u have or buy a new one as stated by YoungMan. But you cant straight away enjoy the call as I was told by the installer we need to wait atleast 24h for it to calibrate and if after 24h the BTU light still blinking, it already mean the phone that is connected is not suitable for that brand BTU (like my neighbour using non-TM cordless phone having connecting problem. He call TM 100 to lodge complaint and send a tech to see. The tech tell my neighbour the Huawei BTU couldnt support that cordless phone model and replace it with ZTE BTU & it's works). |
