Same in Selangor. Youtube takes about 5 secs to load on both ipv4 and ipv6. Seems to be fine on ipv4. Tried on TIME ipv4 also no problem.

Can you verify whether the issue still there?

Not unless your area is covered by TNB fiber
If your area is already have TM fiber, you can forget about it

Unifi this whole week is SUCKS. Unifibiz 800 only run in 159mbps on 5G.
Connection on and off, upload 11mbps only. Twitter chat with them is useless.

You've got no choice
This is to identify if the problem is from TM or your own router

Buy a USB 3.0 or Type C Ethernet adapter
Don't buy a USB 2.0 Ethernet adapter because USB 2.0 Ethernet adapter is only limited to 100Mb/s

Only USB 3.0 or Type C Ethernet adapter can support 1Gb/s

I am on 800mbps with my Apple Airport Extreme located at ground floor. iMac on first floor connected to wifi via TP Link power line kit and get around 200mbps:

Maybe your wifi router signal is weak or wifi signal is too congested at your place.

How to Disable IPv6 to Prevent IPv6 Leaks

https://proprivacy.com/vpn/guides/disable-ipv6

If you're already using a pure IPv4 VPN to hide your torrent/P2P activities but unknowingly enabled IPv6 as well, ensure that your IPv6 is not exposing you at the same time!

Connect to your VPN and visit this page:

https://ipleak.net or https://test-ipv6.com/

If you still see your ISP IPv6 address shown but your IPv4 is that of your VPN, then you're already EXPOSED.
