Don’t worry about getting reported. We’ve got a lot of weird kids here. Probably someone who has no other avenue to exercise a semblance of authority.
Anyway, I asked about something similar back in 2011.
https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=47607014I installed only one ethernet cable to the living room. Thought I had it all covered but didn't realised I needed another one for HyppTV so ended up using Homeplugs for a few months.
What I'm using now is exactly like your "Desired Setup."

(WiFi Router 2 (Mikrotik RB2011) & HyppTV downstairs (the Switch in the diagram is part of the RB2011)) <--------> (BTU & WiFi Router 1 (Mikrotik hAP AC2) upstairs)
What you need to do is to turn that lone ethernet cable of yours into a VLAN trunk capable of carrying both the internet and PlayTV.
The Asus probably can do it. For RM700, it better. May not be exposed in the web config but I'm sure you can configure a VLAN trunk via command line. RG4332, don't think so. So you'll need something like another router or a switch that can handle VLANs.

But anything that can handle VLANs will do. Can be a router, can be a switch, whichever is cheaper. I use a wifi router downstairs cos I also want wifi there.
