My High Speed Internet package was the 300 Mbps Turbo Upgrade 2018.

It was changed to 300 Mbps Super Value YEP 2019 when I applied for the 3-month pay nothing promotion.

My Ultimate Pack was priced at RM60 per month.

I followed CrimsonKing to downgrade it to Ruby Plus Pack (RM30 per month) and it was just approved.

So I pay RM360 less per year after this.

I know I cannot totally unsubscribe the Ultimate Pack to save RM720 per year.

I am paying RM199-RM150 (RM49) for my 300 Mbps, RM20 for residential voice and now RM30 for Ruby Plus Pack.

Total of RM99 before tax.

I am not sure why TM didn't remove the 100% discount HyppTV and Internet which was supposed to end on 31/12/2019.

Mine also, still have the 100% Discount Card internet n HyppTV. Of course they’re no longer free.

Yeah, very happy. RM99 only for 300 Mbps, UnifiTV and Voice Calls. 

actually i make complaint to MCMC on 2018 Sept, stating my bills have two hypptv packages and TM over charge me , (in between must be MCMC deal with TM end up TM call me up and mentioned will refund me RM30 x 10 months - from Dec 2017 to Oct 2018), and reduce my bills -RM30
my hypptv contract ended last year Oct 2019, shall i go downgrade Ultimate RM60 to Ruby RM30

Damn. Previously it was Rockstar Games Launcher, but after changing to 175, it works
But for Epic, tried lots of IP range, 65, 155, 175, 202 all failed. IPv6 enabled or disabled still failed

The only thing I haven't tried is switching the DNS, but lazy to do that

Q: Can we deactivate/quit Unifi TV after 12mths' usage & save RM30/mth?

e.g. Installed Unifi 100Mbps RM129 (RM99 + RM30) 1st of February 2019.
go to TM Point & stops Unifi TV now since it's already 12mths (i assume Unifi TV contract is 12mths vs. Unifi broadband 24mths).

i also getting full speed utorrent we don't need setting on utorrent
i use LAN Cable to get full speed noting setting utorrent

if do any setting utorrent wont be effect
i use asus rt-ac68u router with lan cable pc desktop i always get full speed

maybe you use free tm router its crap and wifi can't handle utorrent

RM39, 30mbps unlimited, i can easily sign 5 years for that package. Never really use more than 30mbps, so faster line wont benefit me.

I believe there is no quota cap. Essentially it is a RM89 plan being marketed as RM39 that comes with RM50 rebates for 10 months for customers who ported in from Maxis/TIME. TM will not compensate you for any termination fee; and as usual there is a 24 months contract.

Guys I would like to ask for your help, I've planning to file a report against TM. But i need some evidence to log the report.
Here is what I need
1. A TM bill with all the different pricing. (You can hide your personal info) and share it here.
2. Especially those who are still paying around RM69-RM100 for only 2-8Mbps speed.

I hope this can help some of the users to get cheaper rate for their bill. Hopefully MCMC and KKMM will step in.

If this is real that new 30Mbps for RM39 and 100Mbps for RM79,
While still charging locked contracts existing subs for RM89 and RM129, then it's was UNFAIR treats!!

Why still tied us 24-months contracts and overpaid Premium Unifi Bills?

Wireless and optical fiber are two different things. Wireless are affected by what is happening in surrounding but not to fiber. Speed on both media can be affected by traffic but only wireless can be affected by environment.

Hi all, I am currently using 300mbps package. Paying RM139 per month exclude SST.
I remember I signed up this package few years ago and enjoying the 24 months discount of RM70 until recently, they said the promo discount will not be available until October 2020.
I realize the current package for 300mbps is RM199 per month. Is there any way I can appeal for the promo discount extension?

RM200 won't get you anything good
Be patience & save RM100 each month so you can get a decent router. Something like ASUS RT-AX56U

In the meantime just be patience with your current router. Don't rush to buy a router

I just saw someone said the hypptv plan can totally be cancelled now.
Anyone can confirm this?
Mine discounted plan,scare later if cancel hypptv, price change to original price...
