like this, Maxis tapau DiGi Infinite 150
You're kidding right?
1. You cannot use that SIM for calls or SMS
2. You need to be a Maxis postpaid customer with a minimum of the RM98 plan before you can subscribe to this. That means RM98 + RM108. You can't subscribe to this alone

Now tell me again how does this plan defeats the Digi Infinite 150?

Hi guys I'm asking how can I transfer ownership for a bedridden person? Can I call someone to come to my house to do the transfer because it's too difficult to bring him to service center.
Get a written letter from his doctor

My UniFi was completely down yesterday because of broken fiber cable outside my house
And surprisingly, the technician came immediately this morning, fixed it in only 15 minutes

Guess they don't have backlog cases anymore in Klang

What UniFi package are you using?

previously 30mb...then got turboed to 300mbs
1. Are you using 2.4GHz or 5GHz when you do the Speedtest?
2. If you are using 5GHz, set the bandwidth to 80MHz. Login into your router settings then change there. Don't ask how, google it
3. If you are using 2.4GHz, can't expect much out of it as that's the limitation of 2.4GHz
4. What speed do you get if you use Ethernet cable instead of WiFi?

Havent try using wired...butbfor wifi get around 40 to 50mb using 2.4ghz....
Ok will try set 80mhz
And try etherney cable as well
Set the 5GHz to 80MHz and you should be able to get 300Mb/s on wireless
But then again, this also depends on the device you're testing with

Ethernet cable is the main priority because we need to identify if you are able to get the full speed of your subscribed package
If you are able to get 300Mb/s on Ethernet cable, then the issue from your side. But if you are not able to get 300Mb/s on Ethernet, then the issue is with TM

Is there really a point of getting 500mbps a month? Since download speed can only reach 10mpb/s
Nope. I download at 100MB/s (800Mb/s) all the time

Which website and what's your setup?
ASUS GT-AC5300
ADATA SX8200 NVMe 1TB

Steam, Microsoft, AMD & Nvidia all can reach 100MB/s (800Mb/s) just fine
Epic & Uplay can sometime reache 100MB/s too but rarely, mostly can reach 70MB/s
QUOTE(Cloud2322 @ May 31 2020, 03:29 PM)
Are you running on LAN cable?
Yes. Even on Wireless I believe I can reach 100MB/s if I have a device that supports 3x3 MIMO. Unfortunately all my devices only supports 2x2 MIMO

Is there any website to check Unifi fibre coverage? I cant find any.
None. Not sure why TM removed such feature from their website
That feature made it easier for everyone to find a place that has UniFi coverage if they ever need to move to a new location

currenly my double storey house is undergoing renovation.
Since you are doing renovation, I would suggest you also get the contractor to install 1 ethernet port in every room which will be connected to your store
This way, a lot of devices can be connected through ethernet and also allows you to install multiple access points so you can have a whole house WiFi with zero deadspots

what mean is my ADSL can now apply 50mbps?

but i open unifi portal change my plan have 100mbps RM129 & 30mbps RM89
50Mb/s is not available for the public. Some VDSL areas is limited to maximum 30Mb/s. That's why you don't see it in UniFi portal
It's only attainable if the VDSL in your area supports it

You need to click on the link inside that SMS then submit your details

Just submit. If you're lucky, then yes you will get it. If not, then bad luck jor, kenot do anything now

but will sure one thing, renew contract
Definitely la, but worth it wor, 50Mb/s over 30Mb/s
I know it doesn't look like much but that extra 20Mb/s means a lot

My brother just got the upgrade from 30Mb/s to 50Mb/s and he's the type who does side income by repairing computers at his home
That extra 20Mb/s stops her wife from complaining her Netflix is buffering when he's running Windows update for his customers computers

Tried changed channel, Channel bandwidth to 20Mhz or 40Mhz but no luck, any other possibility???
I am also asking Unifi to supply me the different model no or different box to address the issue,
It is only working good nearby devices connection....
Nothing you can do with 2.4GHz. It's crap. Even more so with the Netis router
Just get yourself your own router. Nothing provided for free by TM/Maxis/Time is ever good

Hi, did anyone have problem with their Netis router? I believe it was Netis DL4480V, the white/orange router. I've had problem connecting to the net since using this router. All my game consoles ie. PS4, Switch, some mobile phones and even with LAN connected PCs have this problem. But it happened inconsistently, sometimes it's fine, sometimes not. Is my only solution is to buy a new router?

Is it the orange color Netis router? i have face the same issue, the technician kept say no problem,
Buy your own router. Anything provided for free by TM/Time/Maxis is crap

Hi everyone, I’m thinking of getting Unifi for my place. I have been reading the comments here about lagging with Unifi speed. As I’m on a budget, what is the minimum speed I should get for movies / music / surfing the net? Only 2 of us at home. TQ

Hi. I have a question. When I first signed up with Unifi 100Mbps years ago, they gave me a TpLink AC1200 router. A few years later, they Turbo-ed me to 800 Mbps but didn't change the router. Did they change yours with they turbo-ed yours?
AC1200 can still support 800Mb/s, that's why you didn't get any upgrade
You will never get 800Mb/s on wireless. 800Mb/s is only attainable using Ethernet cable

If you want 800Mb/s on wireless you need to upgrade your router to a wireless AX router with 2x2 @ 160MHz bandwidth
But that's only half the story. To get 800Mb/s, your devices also needs to support wireless AX 2x2 @ 160MHz bandwidth

I could never get 800 Mbps on CAT6 Ethernet. At most 500 Mbps with either the Tplink AC1200 or the Asus AC68
Either something wrong with your UniFi connection or the laptop / desktop that you're using is too slow to handle 800Mb/s

I can get 800Mb/s on all my laptops & desktops at home if I use Ethernet cable
Previously using RT-AC68U, then upgraded to RT-AC86U & finally upgraded to GT-AC5300. All 3 routers is capable of reaching 800Mb/s on Ethernet

On wireless, I can get 600Mb/s if I'm not too far from my router (around 5 - 15 meters & behind 1 wall). Even my Pocophone F1 & iPad Pro 10.5 (2017) can reach 600Mb/s on wireless
