Anyone same as me that got emails from Unifi for random customer's bill? Checked with unifi livechat CS and was told they received multiple complaints. Apparently PDPA Act breached in this case!
Dont be surprise if your bill were sent wrongly |

I already downloaded 60% on utorrent. They are two new peerers 0% connected with me.I can see them about 20 seconds then they disappeared on "peer list". But i still can upload speed to them. Seems like they go to other side ...What thing need to click or set to do so ? I can uploaded speed but don't know upload to who ... |

My fiber cable had been bitten by mouse at ceiling, can I do it myself to repatch it?
What tools do I need? Does the procedure as easy as doing network cable? Thanks in advance. |

Yes, the cable is totally broke apart, was wondering why no internet for whole damn day after endless calling tm, then I accidentally pull the cable then it fell from ceiling if so, u will have to call unifi, they arrange contractor. i had a problem like that... gardener whacked/cut the cable. they replaced the inside fiber core but patched the outside jacket - rm400. QUOTE(go626201 @ Jan 18 2020, 10:16 PM) Damn it sounds complicated, I guess have to wait tm guys to visit then. QUOTE(AMstrong @ Jan 18 2020, 10:24 PM) This one for professional right? FYI guys: Another half still in the ceiling so I thought I crimp a new fiber connector like rj45 |

Does the procedure as easy as doing network cable? Thanks in advance. PROVIDED you have a fiber junction box at the outside house wall . normally the outdoor fiber cable ( black color ) and the indoor fiber cable ( white ) connects here. at the junction box. you may also have another junction box near the unifi BTU . depends on the installer . my house have it. https://www.lazada.com.my/products/sc-sc-fi...s541022386.html? After 3 years of endless complaints at TM's online CS and store, a mail to MCMC and finally a call to local YB which they passed info up at Dato Gobind's office...
Those who are at Bandar Putra Kulai, I've got a bad news... Agents who took our info basically just submitted another demand list to TM which they ignored; while local YB had already send a direct letter to MCM requesting TM allocate budget for fiber laying ASAP... they tried, the problem is on TM and TM alone NO ETA on UNIFI as at Jan 2020, probably wont be avaliable untill mid year This post has been edited by QuantumEdge: Jan 19 2020, 12:50 AM |
