U better ask customer service to check whether your package come with unifi tv or not. Do you need the tv package ?

Guys, i cant remember what speed is my unifi, but i know its fast, however when i check speedtest, only give me 20mbps, its ridiculous!!

the wifi router was installed by unifi only give me average 40mbps only. how come?!

I have a unifi tvbox connected using cable, 4 phones connected to wifi, 1 iPad, 1 laptop (sometimes 2) connect wifi and 1 PC connect wifi extender. my upload also very bad, cant do my game streaming, will spike in game.

Any solution? is it because unifi decrease my speed without me knowing? I will call them up soon!!

Seems like google is having some issue. Occasional ping timeout from 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Cloudflare dns zero issues. Noticed it at 3.45 PM and still on going. At least it doesn't affect youtube buffering speed, just takes a little longer to load google related website.

Guys hello! Did anyone notice Unifi stopped using deep packet inspection to block porn sites?? Today I managed to access PH and XVid for the first time without using VPN since march!

Wonder why that stopped DPI, or are there still those out there who are blocked. i'm using google dns btw

Currently using unifi VDSL 2 30 Mbps, planning to upgrade stock router (Netis) provided by TM.

Is RT-AC86U overkill for 30 Mbps?

If it is, any other alternative? Cost is ok, just want to have a more stable and reliable connection.

sadly i ask unifi on twitter they said Rm129 100mbps only have access using facebook login...only 100mbps+box have access to unifi playtv via id @iptv login..so 100mbps RM129 now is pure internet for RM129...i thought internet RM99+unifi playtv RM30

All the while is MCMC regulate it.

Damn you're right. Can access PH and other blocked sites now. 

Now blocked again 

Maybe they upgrade to another better firewall.
