Did the price increased after renew YEP contract?

For me gross price increased by RM20. Nett price same as discount increased by RM20.

TM smart. If need to terminate, that’s additional 20/mth.

Anybody has been to TMpoint Midvalley and managed to relocate their unifi services?

Been to most TMpoint in shopping mall, cannot do relocate.

Wondering if Midvalley also same.

Mid Valley is just a normal dealer, cannot do all these services. Since you can go to MV, might as well just go to Menara TM. These days not all TM Points can do and unfortunately none of them is working after working hours or weekends (half day on Saturdays only).

Just tested after seeing this post. Same here, request timed out. Might be related to recent international connectivity issues. Some sites can hardly load here. A speedtest to Korea failed and speedtest to Japan results in less than 0.3Mbps.

Moving back to cloudflare DNS IPv6 for now.

I find it strange that Adguard ipv4 DNS is still usable while its ipv6 isn't reachable....

My 100Mbps @ RM129 contract just ended.

I was attempting to downgrade to 30Mbps @ RM89 via "myunifi", "live chat" and call "100", non of these method works as they told me 30Mbps can only sign up via TMpoint or TM agent.

Then I immediately visited the nearest TMpoint and request for downgrade to 30Mbps.
I simply ask them "is there any other speed option that I can downgrade?"
Mana tahu they told me there have 50Mbps package at RM99/month, with 24 months contract.

Then without thinking much, I straight away ask them downgrade to 50Mbps @ RM99. Still pending their email confirmation and downgrade process.

Hope this message helps you guys.

I dunno man. Now, and for the next 19 months, I worried somebody will have 1Gbps at lower than RM159.

Do tell if TM offers 1 Gbps to residential. Last time the ex CEO said got "technical limitations", whatever that means.

Now TM is boasting about 5g when even fiber speeds are not optimal yet.

Use IPv6 no loading problem. Already mentioned few time previously in these forums. IPv6 is better for Twitter images and videos.
