Yes, mine is the first promo after note 10 series came put
Then about 2 months later, got promo again but only applied to s10 and tab s6 - itchy to get tab s6 to try but successfully manage to control my nafsu

1. Normal warranty can be extended within first year of purchase.
Cost rm148
Need to bring receipt so that total cost of warranty will be calculated from the amount of price you bought
They will give a certificate of warranty extension, just snap a pic of it for future use which still can be used for warranty claim later

2. For screen warranty, can be extended anytime within first year purchase
Cost is the same rm148
But mind u this warranty also takes effect until last day of your normal warranty
Let say u purchase your phone today - 17 dec 2019, so your phone warranty will be valid until 16 dec 2020
Any given time within first year period that you purchase screen warranty extension, the screen warranty will end the same as your phone warranty

Let say i bought screen warranty extension today: so my screen warranty will end on 16 dec 2020
If i plan to purchase later may be march next year, the warranty will be ended on same 16 dec 2020
So lagi awal beli lagi ok la

Certificate also will be given for this warranty
