Last year when Note 10 series released. Samsung Taiwan which used to release Exynos phones for many years, suddenly changed their plan and release Snadragon variant Note 10 series instead. Perhaps it's due to the massive complaints from the Taiwan users, or the QC of Exynos 9825 got issues, we don't know for sure. The most important thing is, Taiwan users rejoice!

camera wise i think need see sensor also but i didnt read much about it since not getting it.
most of flagships camera is 12mp (iphone, samseng, and pixel) yet they produce better quality than those of higher mp 48/64mp.
sensor size is important as well but ppl are too used to high mp= good quality images.

Anyone experience signal disruption with the note10?
After 2 mths of using, I'm experiencing it right now, no internet connection via phone data, and its getting frequent.
But fixed everytime after a restart.

-tested with other sim/ different telco; no issue
-currently using Digi, changed new sim as well

no such problem for me, data 4g+ and can use at good speed
what telco you using ? Maxis is quite slower compare to few months back
