The problem with buying "Lite" version is the software update. I'm pretty sure these devices will not be a priority. At ~2,700RM, it would be better to wait for the S20e with similar price (plus all the freebies from pre-order).

I can't tell the difference between QHD+ and FHD on all my previous Samsung devices which is why I settle for FHD. I read somewhere the battery consumption difference is minimal.
Yup, I'm happy with 5% or less battery drain with Samsung phones. I used to think it was an Android problem, but I've since owned an Asus, a Huawei, an OP7 Pro, a Realme and even a Xiaomi. They don't drain that badly overnight compared to the Samsung
Had that same problem where the port couldn't charge for my brother's Note 5 too back in the day, thankfully it could still charge wirelessly.

cause samsung have a lot activity running in background, i connect my note to office wifi and i can see a lot funny/weird activity thru office firewall .... make me wonder, who actually stealing our info.

Actually even when I switch off mobile data and WiFi, the drain is still similar, hahaha...
My Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 only drains at 2-3% overnight so far with all settings left on.

It isn't necessary to do that since you can always check the latest software online and for the hardware issue, Samsung reps will not open the internals. They will just check it the way a normal person checks a phone.
