Not a note 10 issue,
Since samsung can use palm swipe screen to screenshot
Have been several time when screen dirty,
Then i just wipe screen with hand
End up screenshot created

It is on Pie samsung have built in limit charge to 85%
Even it charge 85%, it still show 100%
I think is better for ppl who want charge overnight
