At the same time, here's one thing that really weird; the sealed sticker is not aligned. It was explained by AZ-Tech that they want to make the QC check but why the unaligned sealed sticker?
After I use HotShield VPN and use USA server, I finally can update my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G as per attached below the latest update installed;
Here's what I think; this phone is actually a new phone; but they just take the front box cover that stated the IMEI and use another different back box from the same variant; that explain the misalignment of sealed sticker; and at the same time, they put OEM accessories in the box; which explained they put it in sealed plastic.
The reason why Developer Options was on; in my humble opinion; that Samsung or Verizon has to installed Verizon's app in the phone in which it need to be done via ADP USB in which it need to be enable by enabling the Developer Options.
Perhaps AZ-Tech being partially truth about the phone is a new phone but they are not being fully honest about the whole process; including the box and sealed in plastics accessories.
So yeah, I would advice people to stay away from AZ-Tech due to their dishonesty and transparency.
True, check the whole package the accessories packed by plastic, inspect the phone seem ok but the s-pen kinda hard to press.
